As a distributor, RHMI Pharmaceuticals supports access to the Malaysian healthcare market through local commercial presence and distribution coordination. Our objective is to help manufacturers build a sustainable route to healthcare professionals, institutions, pharmacies, clinics, hospitals or other relevant market channels — depending on the product category and agreed commercial strategy.
RHMI Pharmaceuticals may support manufacturers by acting as a local Marketing Authorization Holder where required and appropriate. This role helps international companies meet local representation requirements and maintain regulatory continuity in Malaysia. As a Marketing Authorization Holder, RHMI supports the local registration framework, regulatory communication and ongoing product lifecycle coordination — including variations, renewals and compliance maintenance.
Beyond regulatory requirements, RHMI Pharmaceuticals supports manufacturers with the commercial coordination needed to develop a meaningful presence in the Malaysian market. This includes supporting go-to-market planning, stakeholder engagement and ongoing alignment between regulatory status and commercial activity — ensuring that the pathway from registration to sales is structured and sustainable.
